I’m Alireza Akafi, a medical student with a strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and building better systems for learning and everyday life.
Medicine, and everything next to it
Medicine is a major part of what I do, but I’ve always been drawn to technology as well. Over time, that interest has grown from simply using digital tools into exploring AI, automation, software, and the ways technology can make complex work more efficient and useful.
A lot of my time goes into learning, experimenting, and building systems around the things I care about — whether that means studying medicine more effectively, working with AI tools, improving personal workflows, or exploring ideas at the intersection of medicine and technology.
I’m especially interested in how AI will change the way we learn, work, make decisions, and eventually practice medicine. I enjoy understanding how different tools connect and thinking about how they can work together rather than as isolated apps.
Outside of medicine and technology, I’m interested in productivity, fitness, personal development, and the broader question of how to build a meaningful and capable life.
